The service call is $65 and includes the diagnosis. If you approve the repair, the $65 is taken off the bill, so the visit costs nothing extra.
How soon can you come?

Will I know the price before the work starts?
Yes. The technician explains what failed and gives you the full price first. Nothing is done until you say yes.
What does the warranty cover?
Every repair has a 3-month warranty on parts and labor. If the same problem comes back, we return and fix it.
